Brittany has studied and practiced Ayurveda for years and after embarking on her own journey into motherhood, felt a deep calling to support other mothers through this beautiful yet challenging time. Through the ancient practices of Ayurvedic postpartum care and cooking, she is deeply committed to not only supporting new mothers and their families, but empowering them to flourish during this transformative time.
What’s In It For You, Mama
I’ll provide you with daily nourishing Ayurvedic meals freshly cooked to restore your body and promote deep healing from the inside out. My priority is to help you ease into motherhood and support your recovery while you rest and care for your little one. Together, we’ll create a personalized meal plan that best fits you. Additional support includes hot oil massages, belly wrapping along with household tasks and tidying up.
